1. Shipping Policy

 

1.1 Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Bulk, special-order or custom items may take longer. We will notify you if so.

 

1.2 Delivery Times

Australia-wide shipping via trusted carriers.

Delivery times will be shared on our quotes and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

 

1.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or will be mentioned on the quotation based on location and parcel size.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions.

 

1.4 Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

 

1.5 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
Returned parcels due to incorrect addresses may incur re-delivery fees.

 

1.6 Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Take photos immediately

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Keep packaging until the claim is resolved

 

2. Refund, Returns & Warranty Policy

 

2.1 Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

 

2.2 Faulty or Defective Products

If an item is faulty, you may be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund according to Australian Consumer Law.

Verification of Fault

All faulty products undergo assessment to determine:

  • If the issue is covered under warranty

  • Whether damage was caused by abnormal or incorrect use

  • If installation errors, power surges, physical damage, or misuse contributed

A repair, replacement, or refund will be issued only after approval.

 

2.3 Warranty Period

Many LED products include a limited warranty of up ten (10) years, depending on the item.
See your product page for its specific warranty period.

Warranty Covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Component failure under normal use

Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  • Incorrect installation

  • Improper, abnormal, or unsafe use

  • Damage from power surges

  • Physical or impact damage

  • Modifications or tampering

  • Outdoor use of indoor-rated products

 

2.4 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers cover shipping costs to return faulty items for assessment.

  • Eco Lighting Pty Ltd covers shipping for repaired or replacement items.

  • If the product is found not faulty or damaged due to misuse, return costs may apply.

 

2.5 Refunds

Refunds are offered only when:

  • A major fault is confirmed, and

  • A repair or replacement is not possible

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval.

 

2.6 How to Submit a Return or Warranty Claim
